internet - China Herald links restored

Most of the old links of the China Herald home page are again back. My excuses to those who had already set up this page as their opening page for 'China' searches and were suddenly left in the cold. I will try to prevent those technicalities in the future.
A few features will come back later: chats, polls and other toys only make sense when the traffic justifies that. Now the daily number of visitors lays between 100 and 200 per day, 500 seems a nice volume to re-introduce those tools again.
