internet - Trudeau Foundation not blocked

What is this nowadays: even websites that are not blocked start complaining. Now The Globe and Mail writes today that the scholarlyTrudeau Foundation has a blocked website. I routinely click on it and get access, so no block.
It might have been unblocked in the past few days, but the story seems dodgy.
