internet - Weblogs turn black in protest

Weblogs are turning to black as a protest against the blocking of typepad-weblogs by Chinese ISP's, report Techjournalism and Living in China.
And for this site, no clue how to do it actually. Let's say that I rather write about it than mess up the lay-out of this site, it is bad enough that is happens now and then incidentally because of the slowdown of internet traffic through the filtering systems. I returned to green after ending my protest.
