CCTV gives more details on the plan to privatise most of China's education, sport, culture and health care. The big idea behind is that in this way this socialist economy can reduce the number of 29 million jobs involved with 2/3 and cut them almost fully from the governmental funding. The privitised entities should get funding from charities and other sources of income.
Well: that is going to be fun. The plan is more capitalistic than most capitalistic countries are.
