telecommunication - WiFi still at large

The plan to do some serious blogging from some of Shanghai parks through my new wifi-account fell flat on all accounts. First it is raining cats and dogs, really miserably whether that even affected my mobile phone. When it is cold and wet, the phone does not work, and seems to be in sync with me.
On top of that: China Telecom cannot deal with the demand, so I might have to wait another few weeks. Annoying.
