media - Paper organizes small investors against Baosteel

As all real and former revolutionaries know: it is not the powerless who can start a revolution, it is much more likely those with power do it. A tiny bit of power does help to make a change. In that light a story of the Russian newswire Interfax on efforts of the Nanjing-based financial newspaper Dazhong Zhengqian to organize smaller investors against the corporate giant Baosteel is interesting.
Hundreds of small investors have given their voting rights to the paper to oppose a planned stock issue. A form of class action I have never seen before in this form in China.
