blogging - First corporate blog in China?

Stephen de Kuyper signed up as a member for our Shanghai webloggers meetup and mentioned his corporate weblog of his real estate company in China. For me, it was the first time I see a company using a weblog as an online tool to get to their clients.
In the US mainly the larger IT companies, including Microsoft, use weblogs and I'm sure the tool will be used in the future rather frequently.
