internet - Corporate trouble with internet users talking back

I'm preparing a course on public relations and the internet for a European company in China. I can recall a few incidents in the past few years where foreign companies got into hot water after an uproar emerged on the internet: the Zhuhai incident in 2003, the actions against the Japanese high-speed train and more recently the Nike-commercial.
Can you remember any other incident involving a foreign company in China where the internet played an important role? I would prefer a European example, but anything not Japanese would also be alright.
