Members of the European Unions have ratified the textile agreement between the EU and China that was reached earlier this week, a spokesperson of the EU in Beijing has said. Retailers are very unhappy with the agreement, the IHT writes, indicating that the retailers still feel left out in ongoing dealmaking.
