life - How to get a street organ on People's Square?

In my weird life I get very often requests for help to enter the Chinese market and mostly I do not bother you with that. But just now I got a very nice one from Eelco de Jong of the Nationaal Museum van Speelklok tot Pierement in Utrecht, who wants to set up a cooperation in China to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of his museum. He wants street organs to tour People's Square in Shanghai. (Listen to the tunes behind the links!)
It is not going to be easy, but I'm enough an organ fanatic to give it some thought. He is looking for possible commercial cooperation too, so if you have some ideas, please let me know. Key is to find a good local partner, I estimate.
