internet - What does a conference need?

Conference organizers in China should have a good look at this picture, taken by Loic Le Meur, the organizer of a international meeting of webloggers. He asked the guest to refrain from burning cars in Paris, and one of them said he should not worry as long as the wireless internet is working.
The meeting was organized without any marketing, just the word got out. And all guests were online, reporting on their weblogs while the meeting was still going on.
So hotel owners and other builders of big halls and airports, we need enough room in front of our seats to put the laptop on, powerful wireless internet access and many, many places to plug in those laptops (since the batteries are still a very weak point). And we need infrastructure to discuss with people who could not come in person.
(Did I already tell you it should be free? You would also not charge for your toilets, would you?)
