China's propaganda-chiefs are making overtime in trying to ban whatever they can get their hands on. The British daily The Telegraph reports that they have stopped Chinese journalists from attending a workshop organized by the British embassy. The thema, "media regulation in Britain" seemed enough to trigger off the fatwa, although it was a rather low-key event. It is unclear what toes they have been stepping on.
