economy - Is the IVR-service going to work?
Yesterday I wondered whether the new business model by Tom.com and Skype, where you actually have to pay for receiving calls would be working, considering the tight-fisted character of the Chinese consumer. A commentor now actually claims it is the more profitable systems Tom.com has introduce.
Even though the systems is only in place since 2004 and it might be fairly early to see whether anything is working, there might be a possibility I'm wrong, maybe the "interactive voice reponse services" or IVR's are working. What do you think?
