internet - New IP-blocks in place

Non-violent resistance reports
that the China Digital Times by Berkely University is now blocked. After yesterday's hoax I tried to make very sure this one is real and it looks so, unfortunately. Still strange since CDT has done very little recently apart from getting stories from other media together.
For the filter-geeks among us: I did see a strange change in the traffic pattern. Normally (and this has been standard in the past years) traffic is blocked at the level of Beijing. Now, when checked from Shanghai, traffic is stopped in Shanghai. I compared several other blocked IP-addresses, and they are all stopped in Shanghai. Perhaps the boys have new toys?
