internet - Diving into e-governance

As I announced earlier, I'm trying to get some grip on what e-governance actually means in China. So, apart from beating a flu that has caused that I missed most April 1 jokes, I have been collecting material on the internet. Most useful document has been this OECD-report, originally produced by Jack Linchuan Qiu and Nina Hachigian, apart with a set of other tips I got from my readers.
In the end, apart from the governmental framework, the indentification of really useful projects will be key for this plan.
