internet - Dell hell continues in China

Buyers of Dell computers in Beijing, Shanghai, Anhui and Jilin are expected to sue computer producer after it decided in June to replace the CPU it mentioned when the now disgruntled buyers bought their computer. The new CPU misses one function that would not be useful in the laps Dell applies them, the company says.
That argument has not convinced the buyers, who have been organizing themselves over the internet. TCM-net gives here the details about the complaints. The suits add to the PR-trouble Dell has been haunting for a longer time. First, superblogger Jeff Jarvis called it "Dell Hell" when he started to campaign against the poor service level of Dell. Two exploding Dell computers also did not help much.
Sam Flemming gives a close overview of the Chinese edition of the Dell hell here.
