internet - Podcasting grows fast, but future unsure

In a look at an overview of the podosphere in China the China web2.0 review summerized some of the findings. In the past three months, counting from August backwards, the number of podcasters grew 300 percent to over 100,000. Prevalence for video remains, as two third of the now half a million podcasts is video, one third audio.
And, as I may add, the number of postcasting hosts is now about one dozen at least.
