labor - 51jobs finds a US partner

China Tech News announces today that one of China's leading online recruitment firms 51jobs.com has teamed up with a US firm, Careerbuilding.com.
From what sounds like a press release:

"The recruitment landscape has changed dramatically; employers now need to have access to candidates in multiple countries," said Farhan Yasin, President of the International Group at CareerBuilder.com. "Partnering with 51job will not only introduce CareerBuilder.com clients to China's most influential recruitment site and vice versa, it will allow CareerBuilder.com access to the fast-growing Chinese recruitment market."

It might be too fast to link this market development to the change in recruitment policies announced last Friday in Shanghai. Last year the number two in the online recruiting market Chinahr.com teamed up with Monster, but then Monster could only take a minority state. This new deal might be done under different conditions.
