economy - The Chinese are coming to Europe

Newsweek has a nice lead story on the successes Europe is having in attracting Chinese investments. Fortunately, it is not only hype, as it notes that despite very positive developments Taiwan is still more important as an investor in Europe than mainland China.
I was not sure about all the names they mentioned, for example they focus on Mindray, a producer of medical devices in Shenzhen. You probably know the feeling you get when a famous publication mentions a very famous Chinese company and you have no clue. I asked around in the office and nobody had a clue, so I'm not the only one feeling silly.
