internet - Got Jajah running
Today I got a bit of air, so I could spend half an hour on getting my Jajah account running, after it failed in the recent past. The trick is of course that calls to Jajah-users are free but you have to pay to non-jajah members, although they beat Skype in their tarifs, I noted. Calling a mobile in the Netherlands would cost me still 0.17 eurocent per minute, at Jajah it is 0.15 eurocent. It would be better when the whole world would register for Jajah.
Internet traffic from Shanghai to the Jajah-server did not work out, because it got disturbed somewhere in the US, so it was certainly not the Chinese censor who blocked the Jajah-website. Strangly enough the traffic from Beijing did not show any problem, so I configured my computer in such a way my traffic would go over a Beijing proxy, allowing me to register phone numbers in China.
Now, if you are a Jajah-user already, you can call me at +862165474384 of mobile at +8613764227227 for a test run.
