internet - Shanghai Daily blocked

Marc van der Chijs must be a dedicated Shanghai Daily reader. He is currently in Dubai and discovered his favorite daily is blocked there. He says that at least in Dubai you can file a complaint and do something about it. Actually, you can also do this in China and the provider have special form for this, although they do not seem to put them in a pile at every counter.
