labor - Zhaopin, a winner in the online recruitment market?

The China Daily has a very good overview of the very competitive online recruitment market, focusing on Zhaopin.com's CEO Liu Hao. As you might recall, for one of my pet-project, the China Wage Indicator, we might have to look for a tie up with one or more of those online recruiters.
Zhaopin is doing much better than Liu Hao's friends were expecting, the story tells, but is in no way certain how the market will work out. That would be no surprise for anybody in China. Zhaopin is now the number three on the market, after ChinaHR.com and 51jobs.com and gets less than ten percent of the job hunters. Still Liu seems to be doing some things right.
