labor - 190,000 comments on the labor law

When I learned that the draft labor law had encouraged 190,000 people to comment, I was encouraged and worried at the same time. Have you any clue what that means, 190,000 comments and counting? I guess that is a Chinese way to getting consensus, but for a moment I was happy I want unable to go through all that material. Fortunately, at labor strategies, there is now a selection available.
Unfortunately, it does not give much information on the position of the authors of the comments, making it hard to give a good judgment, but it is a nice start.
