labor - How is 1010job.com doing?

As you might have noticed, I'm keeping an eye on the online recruitment market in China, as we might in the near future need to find a partner there for our wage indicator project. We have been too busy is blasting off another project, but this afternoon I had some time to check for some changes in the market. Suddenly I bumbed into www.1010job.com, a project of Netease and Recruit Holdings Ltd in Hong Kong that started off last year in Shanghai, but came with large announcements last month from Beijing.

I asked around, nobody knew the service in my office and when I tried to reach it, it did not work. Nevertheless, at Alexa it has some traction , although nothing compared to the three giants, www.51job.com, www.chinahr.com and www.zhaopin.com. The article says its paper has a circulation of 120,000 and assuming half of it is true, that would mean near to nothing even in a city with 18 million people.

Well, it would be nice when they at least got their website running again.

Update: Well, it must have been my internet connection. I suddenly could not get a whole bunch of website, restarted my browser and now it is all fine.
