Visiting Hong Kong next week

I will be in Hong Kong next week for a short business trip, timing is not yet clear, but it looks it will happen around the 14th of December. Doing the obvious things: checking the weather and the hotspots. A first glance does not look very encouraging.

Update: Well, the operation is again called off altogether. One main reason to go to Hong Kong was to get a one-year multiple entry visa, since I will not be able to get it organized at the beginning of next year, when my current one expires. So, I called the agency I would have to visit and they advised me to do it by mail. Yes, I can get my extention by mail done. It is more expensive than when I would do it in person in Hong Kong, but it save the travel time and costs. On top of that, I would only get a 6-month visa. Now they do need two weeks to get it done, but it seems worthwhile.
