Crisis, but no crisis management at food chains
More than a week old is the current PR-mess for KFC, McDonalds and Pizzahut, but for the time being the companies think they can get away by ignoring the crisis. I think they are wrong, but we will see.What helps a bit is that - against my expectations - the issue is not really taken up in a massive way on the internet. I guess that most KFC-employees cannot afford internet access.
