Is it correction time for China's housing market?

Getty Images via Daylife When even state-owned media like the Shanghai Daily are talking about a possible correction on "China's housing market" I still remember the terrified look of a real estate experts some years ago when I mentioned a supposed correction at the Shanghai housing market, while enjoying a beer in Sasha's.
"What Shanghai housing market," he exploded. "There is no such thing as a Shanghai housing market; there are at least 13 markets with all different characteristics."
Now, what should be make then out of the report by Shanghai Shenyin Wanguo Research & Consulting Co, quoted in the Shanghai Daily. I believe it is a solid way of creating publicity for yourself, even when the predicted correction will be tiny or even absent.
