The 'crisis' in the car industry

It was very hard not to ask that questions when the latest update on the sales in China's automotive industry was reported by Market Watch. The poor guys and girls only sold 6.7 percent more cars in 2008, compared to 21.8 percent more in 2007.
I know some countries where they would love to have such a crisis. The article also tells us that it is the first time since 1999 the growth of car sales falls below the ten percent. How terrible.
