Internet users blame government for poor communication

Communication code schemeImage via WikipediaAn overwhelming majority of internet users of more than 95 percent blames its government for poor communication skills, reports the Courier International (original in French here), based on a report of the People's Daily, the daily newspaper of the Communist Party. The survey was focused on the local governments and raises of course the question how those internet users would think about the communication abilities of the provincial and central government.
"Their responses indicate a real problem," said the newspaper. Two thirds of respondents do not know how to contact local authorities. One third of them have already tried, but only 3.2% of them have received a response within a reasonable time, while 6.5% believe that the answer is too long to come.
